Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Deliver care with confidence and consistency while supporting patients with specific needs such as G-tube, trach, or vent management. Maintain alignment with CDC safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE in every home visit. Manage your own schedule through an employee portal to request shifts that fit your preferences.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
