Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, collaborating closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines while utilizing provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Manage patient needs such as G-tube, trach, or vent care, or complete training for these skills. Work a flexible schedule with access to an employee portal for shift requests and earn rewards through Care Bucks. This role offers stability and focused attention, distinct from traditional home health models, with support available 24/7 via on-call clinical guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
