Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Support patients with G-tube, trach, and vent needs, or train in these areas as required. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines while utilizing provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Maintain clear plans of care under RN oversight and utilize the Employee Portal to request shifts and earn rewards. Eligible candidates may qualify for a $100 sign-on bonus, with compensation ranging from $62,400 to $70,720 annually. This role offers a flexible schedule, paid time off, and a preceptor program designed for focused, consistent patient relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
