Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings, working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines while utilizing provided PPE including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Support patients with needs such as G-tube, trach, or vent management, or train on these skills. Manage weekly pay and direct deposit while accessing the employee portal to request shifts and earn Care Bucks rewards. Maintain eligibility for a $500 sign-on bonus by completing the interview process and meeting bonus structure requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
