Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, supporting needs such as G-tube, trach, or vent management while working under registered nurse oversight. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines using provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Maintain clear plans of care and coordinate with clinical leadership to ensure patient safety and consistency. This role offers a $1000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, weekly pay, and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Candidates must hold a valid Pennsylvania LPN license, BLS CPR certification, and a driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
