Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child without multiple patient interruptions. Work closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to deliver care with confidence and consistency, utilizing clear plans of care and RN oversight. Support patients with specialized needs such as G-tubes, trachs, or vents, or train in these areas as needed. Maintain safety through provided PPE and adherence to CDC guidelines while utilizing a 24/7 on-call support system for guidance. Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
