Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Deliver care with confidence and consistency, supporting patients with needs such as G-tube, trach, or vent management, or train in these areas if willing. Maintain patient safety through adherence to CDC guidelines and utilize provided PPE including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Request shifts via an employee portal to fit your schedule and preferences. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, weekly pay, and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
