Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings, collaborating closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care with confidence and consistency while supporting patients with specific needs such as G-tube, trach, or vent management, or train in these areas. Work within a clinical team focused on nurse safety, utilizing clear plans of care and CDC-aligned safety protocols including provided PPE. Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
