Job Summary
Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs in the home, delivering one-on-one care with RN oversight and clear plans of care. Provide direct clinical support for G-tube, trach, and vent patients, or train in these areas, while utilizing 24/7 on-call clinical support and PPE provided at every visit. Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
