Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Deliver care with confidence and consistency in an environment designed to minimize interruptions, ensuring clear plans of care with RN oversight. Support patients with specific needs such as G-tubes, trach, or vents, utilizing provided PPE and adhering to CDC safety guidelines. Maintain a valid Pennsylvania LPN license, BLS CPR certification, and a driver's license. The role offers a $500 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and 24/7 on-call clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
