Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in home settings, working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to deliver consistent, focused treatment. Support patients with specialized needs such as G-tube, trach, or vent care, while adhering to CDC safety guidelines and utilizing provided PPE. Maintain clear plans of care under RN oversight and utilize the employee portal to manage shift preferences and earn rewards. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and 24/7 on-call clinical support for candidates with a valid Pennsylvania LPN license, BLS certification, and willingness to train in specialized skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
