Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on individual needs without juggling multiple patients. Support patients with g-tube, trach, or vent requirements while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership under clear plans of care. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines with PPE provided in every home, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for clinical support and utilize an employee portal to request shifts that fit your schedule and preferences. Earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus and receive CEU credits and training opportunities through the preceptor program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
