Job Summary
Join one of the largest private duty nursing companies as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an emphasis on compassionate homecare. This role includes responsibilities for skilled nursing care, documentation, and patient coordination under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN license
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test - 2 step (current within last 12 months)
- One year prior hands-on nursing experience
- Reliable transportation
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Desired Qualifications
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
- Home health experience
