Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for full-time evening and overnight shifts in Johnstown, NY. Responsibilities include providing safe resident care, administering medications according to the five rights, performing treatments with sterile/clean technique, delivering external feedings, documenting care, and communicating plans during handoffs and transfers. Role supports continuous quality improvement in resident care and requires adherence to standards and policies. Must be licensed/certified as an LPN and have at least 1 year of experience. Signing bonus of $7,500 offered.
