Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Provide direct patient care and assign responsibility for residents to CNA staff while supervising their duties. Administer prescribed medications and treatments, interpret facility policies, and document changes in patient conditions. Communicate relevant information, safety issues, and health updates to immediate supervisors, charge nurses, physicians, and resident families. Make patient care assignments to other staff members on duty and observe patients to record significant reactions. Work various shifts in long-term care facilities offering physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Current CPR certification and one year of experience preferred.
