Job Summary
LPN position at Seaside (First Atlantic Healthcare) in Portland, ME. Responsibilities include monitoring residents’ vitals and recording data, maintaining resident comfort and daily routines, assisting with basic nursing tasks (medication administration), updating confidential resident records, evaluating wellbeing and communicating with medical staff and families, changing dressings, assisting with mobility, and supporting procedures under the DON.
