Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care under RN supervision across a 120-bed skilled nursing environment (including Sub-Acute Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, and Memory Care units). Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with treatments, supporting residents with daily living activities, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, documenting care in electronic medical records, and maintaining safety, cleanliness, and infection-control standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN licensure in New York State
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure
- Prior long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective team collaboration abilities
- Solid time-management and prioritization skills
- A genuine passion for providing respectful, compassionate resident care
