Job Summary
LPN/RPN role providing person-centered nursing care in a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Applies nursing process to assess Residents, plan and implement care, document care, and ensure adherence to provincial practice standards, Code of Ethics, and Park Place policies. Responsibilities include comprehensive health assessments, health teaching, medication reconciliation, move-in/move-out processes, and maintaining Residents’ rights and safety within the organization’s culture of safety.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized program for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)/ Registered Practical Nurses (RPN)
- At least one (1) year recent related experience
- Active registration with respective provincial College: College of Licensed Practical Nurses Association (CLPNA)
- Certified in First Aid as required by provincial legislation
