Job Summary
Perform nursing duties within the NYSED Licensed Practical Nurse scope of practice, administering prescribed medical treatments and medications according to physician's orders. Maintain current medical, medication, anecdotal, and immunization records for all assigned individuals daily, monthly, and annually. Monitor the health and safety of residents throughout the night, responding to health-related concerns and ensuring compliance with all health and safety protocols. Support and guide overnight staff to maintain a calm, consistent environment. Requires a current valid NYS licensed LPN, a valid New York State Driver's License meeting Agency Driver standards, and no lifting restrictions. Schedule is M-F, 8-4 with some flexibility.
