Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans; administer medications, treatments, wound care, and nursing assessments; monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and leadership; supervise and support Nursing Assistants; maintain accurate and timely documentation; collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes. Active NC LPN or RN license and CPR certification required; graduate of an accredited nursing program. Shifts: Day 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and Night 7:00 PM–7:00 AM; Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities; every other weekend required. Willingness to grow within Willow Ridge Career pathways from RN/LPN to Unit Manager roles; same-day pay and comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active and unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Previous long-term care experience preferred
