Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and reporting changes as appropriate. Supervise and support Nursing Assistants, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to promote a safe, compassionate, resident-centered environment. Responsibilities align with 12-hour shift coverage across Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts. Roles available include Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN. Key qualifications include an active Tennessee LPN or RN license and clinical/communication skills to support growth and quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee LPN or RN license required
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
