Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Private Duty Pediatric Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting for medically fragile children and young adults, including performing ongoing patient assessments, administering prescribed medications and therapies, and delivering care according to physician orders. Coordinate care with families and providers while educating patients and family members to support improved outcomes. Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and implement preventive measures to ensure safety. This role offers flexible scheduling with 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts, full-time, part-time, or PRN options, and includes paid training and continuing education.
