Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting for medically fragile children and young adults. Perform ongoing patient assessments, administer prescribed medications and therapies, and deliver care according to physician orders. Coordinate with families and providers while educating patients to support improved outcomes. Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and implement preventive measures for safety. This role offers flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN scheduling with 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available. Pay starts at $29/hour with weekly pay and paid training. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (South Carolina)
- License acquired 1 year prior to application
- Ability to provide care in a home setting
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
