Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health

Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting for medically fragile children, administering medications and treatments while monitoring patient conditions and completing assessments. Educate and support families by following individualized plans of care. Maintain 1:1 patient care with no ratios, utilizing flexible shifts ranging from 8 to 16 hours. Start working quickly after completing paid training and simulation lab.
