Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health

Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting for medically fragile children, administering medications and treatments while monitoring patient conditions and completing assessments. Educate and support families by following individualized plans of care in a 1:1 environment. Maintain active, unrestricted RN or LPN licensure in Pennsylvania with at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric or high-acuity home health settings. Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts ranging from 8 to 16 hours with weekly pay and uncapped referral bonuses.
