Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents during the overnight hours as part of a part-time night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) at a 5-Star skilled nursing facility in Concord, NC. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, supervising Nursing Assistants, maintaining documentation and charting, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and promoting a safe, compassionate environment. Requires an active and unrestricted NC LPN or RN license and CPR certification; long-term care experience is preferred.
