Job Summary
Assess residents' needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews. Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness. Provide direct nursing care, update interdisciplinary care plans, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Accurately document all activities in electronic medical records and report resident needs, problems, or observations to the Charge Nurse and attending physician. Manage electronic timecards daily, ensure adequate staffing levels, and assist in orienting new team members. Work full-time day shifts from 6a-6:30p with 12-hour shifts, every third weekend and holiday rotation, and a $2/hour weekend differential.
Required Qualifications
- Active ND LPN or RN license or ability to obtain upon hire
- 12-hour shifts
- Every third weekend rotation
- Holiday rotation
- 72 hours per pay period
- Full-time day shift

- Med and treatment Nurse role
- Occasional requirement to carry out or assist with other tasks in addition to listed duties
