Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Registered Nurse (RN)

Direct daily activities of nursing assistants and resident care associates while administering medications, performing wound treatments, and conducting rounds to ensure resident needs are met. Assess resident status changes, transcribe physician orders, and initiate or update care plans as required. Provide nursing leadership to assigned personnel, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with infection control principles and policies. Participate in admission, discharge, and transfers, as well as survey and QAPI processes. Full-time night shift or part-time 2p to 10p availability required.
