Job Summary
Coordinate nursing care for residents, manage medication interventions, and implement physician orders under the Director of Nursing's supervision. Perform health assessments, develop care plans, and stabilize conditions while supervising CNAs. Provide accurate documentation and notify physicians of status changes. Requires unrestricted RN or LPN certification and current CPR. Full-time night shift from 7pm-7am. The Lodge at Mills River offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and a 401k match.
