Job Summary
Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings by administering medications and IVs as prescribed. Implement and evaluate individualized care plans while recording vital signs and monitoring patient conditions. Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required, and educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed. Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice is required, with recent graduates encouraged to apply. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts in day, night, and weekend options are available.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems
