Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Assist providers with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, administer medications and vaccines per orders, and conduct patient health interviews including vitals and medication reviews. Prepare patients for examinations, clean equipment and exam rooms, monitor clinic supplies, and maintain patient records within the PureView electronic health record system. Support other clinic programs as required by the Nurse Manager or Clinic Nurse Supervisor.
