Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for part-time role in an assisted living setting. Provides hands-on nursing care, administers prescribed medications with accuracy, supervises non-licensed nursing staff, maintains patient logs and service plans, and supports resident well-being. Responsibilities include admission assistance, activity of daily living support, adherence to HIPAA and ALF regulations, safety and body mechanics, incident review with leadership, and timely communication with residents, families, and staff. Requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, ability to interpret policies, and a valid state nursing license; high school diploma or GED accepted with 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination. Essential personnel during emergencies and proactive participation in staff evaluations and performance feedback.
