Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in long term care under supervision, administers medications or treatments as ordered, and documents resident interactions and outcomes. Works as part of an interdisciplinary care team to support health, comfort, and safety of residents; demonstrates nursing knowledge and clinical skills across the life span; requires an LPN license and completion of a practical nursing program; an associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. Shift is part-time with night coverage; benefits package available for eligible staff.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- CEU and competency training requirements as applicable
