Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for part-time night shift in an assisted living facility. Provides professional nursing care under supervision, administers medications/treatments, documents resident interactions, and participates in an interdisciplinary care team to support residents in long-term care. Requires an LPN license, graduation from an approved practical nursing program, and relevant competencies in nursing care and resident education. Associate degree in practical nursing preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Experience or willingness to provide nursing care in long-term care/assisted living settings
- Competency in medication administration and treatments as ordered
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Ability to document and communicate care plans and resident status
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
