Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse while monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, advocate for patients, and maintain clinical competence through required education. Document care thoroughly in the EMR and participate in unit councils and staff meetings. This onsite role at Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility requires days shifts and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Nursing Program
- Current NYS LPN License
- CPR/BLS
- Must be able to physically operate the equipment required for the job
- Must be able to lift (up to 50 lbs.)
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
- Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test
