Job Summary
Provide essential medical care and monitor residents' health in a senior living facility by managing care plans, administering medications, and assisting with daily health needs. Collaborate closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure their well-being in a supportive, family-centered environment. Work full-time shifts including AM, PM, and NOC rotations, with weekend and holiday coverage required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be registered and licensed as an LPN in the state of Minnesota
- Must have a current CPR certification
- Working every other weekend and some holidays is required
