Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Assist the provider with treatments, document orders, transcribe patient instructions, and interview patients to measure vital signs. List diagnoses, symptoms, and follow-up details including laboratory, radiology, and medication orders. Prepare examination rooms, perform select clinical duties, and manage basic clerical tasks such as answering the phone and filing records. Maintain treatment room inventory and ensure a clean environment. Requires an active LPN certification, BLS, one year of clinical experience, and recent blood draw skills. Schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6am to 5pm.
