Job Summary
Oversee medication distribution per physician orders while ensuring strict adherence to community medication management documentation and resident safety. Create personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs, championing resident independence and dignity. Cultivate communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and families regarding the physical, mental, and social well-being of residents. Contribute to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other development opportunities. Maintain current state licensure and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR certification
