Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN - Skilled Nursing

Administer medications to residents in compliance with Federal, State, and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. Complete acute and long-term care plans, perform admission assessments, and document discharges as needed. Respond quickly to emergencies, notify physicians or families of health changes, and provide general community health consultation. Maintain clinical system tracking for wounds or infection control under director direction, educate residents and staff, and uphold confidentiality. Understand the Safety & Disaster Plan and communicate closely with all departments. Requires current LPN license, CPR certification, and 1+ year of senior care experience. Hourly rate $36.00–$38.00.
