Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions within the scope of practice at Helms Correctional Healthcare. Maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and follow all clinical protocols and safety procedures. This role offers flexible PRN coverage including weekends and holidays, with a base pay of $33.00/hr. Candidates must hold an active Georgia LPN license, current CPR certification, and experience in behavioral health, ER, med-surg, or correctional settings. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Georgia or compact license (must be in good standing)
- Current CPR certification (must be active)
- Required experience in one or more of the following: Behavioral Health, ER, Med-Surg, or Correctional Healthcare
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a structured, team-oriented environment
- Must be available for a minimum of 2 shifts per month
- Must be available for at least 2 weekends per month
- Must be able to provide some holiday coverage as needed
