Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, document patient conditions, and follow established care plans for one-to-one private duty nursing in patients' homes. Communicate regularly with the clinical team to ensure coordinated patient support. Maintain active NYS LPN licensure, CPR certification, and infection control credentials while working flexible schedules with stable case assignments. Earn $37–45 per hour with differentials for high-acuity cases, plus referral and sign-up bonuses. Paid training is provided, and bilingual skills in Spanish or Russian are a plus. Required Qualifications
- Active NYS LPN License
- CPR Certification
- Infection Control Certificate
- Ability to work the assigned schedule
- Home care or PDN experience
