Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN (Private Duty)

Provide one-on-one licensed practical nursing care for clients in home and school settings, matching cases to your preferred age range and location. Deliver 4-12 hour shifts with a single client per shift, utilizing electronic charting via AlayaCare and participating in paid training from day one. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules including morning, evening, or overnight rotations, with no weekend or minimum hour requirements. Short commute times are prioritized by case matching, and on-call clinical support is available around the clock.
