Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Monitor and assess the physical status of patients through personal observation, interaction, and interpretation of diagnostic measures such as lab tests, radiology exams, and EKGs. Provide appropriate pre- and post-operative patient assessment, airway management, and monitoring while implementing nursing care plans and resolving issues before they escalate. Document information accurately and efficiently, maintain confidentiality of PHI, and act as a patient advocate by communicating needs to all involved in care. Ensure infection control, environmental safety, and adherence to center policies and procedures while managing inventory and stocking supplies.
