Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work part-time on day and evening shifts at the Ulster County Jail in Kingston, NY. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care, maintaining and securing electronic medical records, managing controlled substances and sharps, conducting sick calls, documenting patient symptoms and care plans, and assisting physicians, psychiatrists and dentists. On-the-job training during a 2-week orientation. Requires active LPN license in NY and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment; shift differential up to $6/hour.
