Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Primary Care in Purcellville, VA. Full-time evening position, Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the RN. Maintains and reviews patient medical records, notes and physician orders while documenting all patient care activities in accordance with documentation standards. Participates on unit teams, work groups and/or committees. Participates in quality and performance improvement initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing
- License: Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Experience: 0 years of experience
- Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as an LPN or Medical Assistant
