Monitor resident vitals and record interactions, maintain cleanliness and comfort through bathing and feeding, and assist with routine recovery care. Administer medication, change dressings, and move residents between wheelchairs and beds while evaluating wellbeing and reporting needs to medical staff. Explain treatments to residents and families, ensuring all documentation is thorough and confidential under direct supervision. Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
