Job Summary
Provide and monitor high-quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established best practices. Monitor the work of Medication Assistants, Resident Assistants, and Resident Aides in the community on your assigned shift. Report directly to the RN, Clinical Coordinator, or Clinical Administrator as designated at the site. This Full-time or Part-time role offers a starting pay range of $30.76 - $32.99 per hour. Full-time positions require a minimum of 30 hours per week, while Part-time roles range from 20-29 hours. PM shifts start at 2:30pm. Located at 4515 Shoreline Drive, Spring Park, MN, this faith-based nonprofit serves older adults in Long-Term Care, Memory Care, and Assisted Living settings.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
