Job Summary
Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians while providing clinical support and assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation to support a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for individuals with memory impairments. This role requires a Licensed Vocational Nurse with an active license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position is full-time, PM shift, Sunday through Thursday, with an anticipated pay range of $34–$36 USD. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program
- Active LVN/LPN license
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
- Schedule: Full Time, PM shift, Sunday - Thursday
