Job Summary
Provide prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. Deliver short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults in a holistic environment. Maintain current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and an active CPR certification. Work PM or NOC shifts with a $2 shift differential added to base rate.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin
