Job Summary
Conduct triage, obtain vital signs, and document patient histories in the EMR system. Administer medications, perform injections, and collect laboratory specimens including blood and urine. Start IVs, place catheters, and assist with clinical and occupational medicine procedures such as drug screening and pulmonary function testing. Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance while overseeing quality assurance and CLIA waived lab requirements. Perform administrative tasks and travel to other locations as needed. Full-time 3-day/12-hour shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM with no overnight work.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- LPN licensure in Georgia
- 1+ year of healthcare experience
- Proficiency in venipuncture, injections, and clinical procedures
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Urgent care or ER experience
- Experience using EPIC software
- Willingness to train outstanding new graduates
